As part of your tailored offer and in partnership with you, we will build a productive, pacey, interactive and fun workshop that reflects your unique needs. This may include a single workshop or a series. Potentially, focusing on your team's identification of the problem you are trying to solve, blending in the right tools for the right task such as, agreeing a shared purpose, mapping the relevant process, understanding your baselines of demand and capacity, what are the best metrics to use and how, for your chosen focus. Harnessing the creativity of your team and potentially your stakeholders too, to think more divergently and convergently, about the solutions; workforce redesign and often, the most interesting of all, human dimensions of change, especially as an intact team.
Working to take collaboration to the next level, with insights informed by the concepts of trust and pyschological safety.Building a culture of freedoms, based on acknowledgement of collective thresholds for risk, reward, resources and responsibilities. Strengthening relationships through team performance and understanding what motivates me and what triggers me.
